  • Provided advice and strategies for delivering effective content for processes, training, and communication--with a strong focus on best practices in change management.
  • For each project, I created the documentation plan and schedule, and managed a small group of analysts tasked with creating the procedures.
  • Created a three-phase training program that I delivered to finance analysts and trainers (working globally) to teach them how to write interactive procedure tutorials using the Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK). 
  • On an ongoing basis, I delivered the training to small groups of analysts.
  • Over the span of the project, I reviewed procedures and Word documents, providing feedback to allow the analysts to produce professional quality content that was rolled out to the departments.

This project involved migrating a large help system (+500 topics) from a RoboHelp platform to DITA XML using Oxygen XML Author and the Astoria Content Management System. Along with the migration, I was tasked with updating the topics as the application evolved.
